Dual Streaming to YouTube Live & Twitch Simultanously

A). Is this possible (Dual Streaming to YouTube Live & Twitch Simultanously)?
B). Can I run it? (Running overclocked at 4.5ghz on an i7 3500, 16GB Ram, ASUS GTX 770)
C). Recommend me some other avenues that can generate adsense or similar? I am looking to maximize the nill profit I have made from streaming since 2009 - thus if I can't make it work on this system I might ditch it and work on other avenues of passive income).
