Question / Help Dual Stream

Hope someone can give some advice!

Scenario - we broadcast a Sim Race live on twitch with two commentators. One of the commentators is broadcasting and commentating from their machine so the commentary works fine. Second commentator needs to view the stream to have the commentary make sense, however there is the dreaded delay, so things won't work out.

Is there a way to offload the stream to say Skype or something for the second commentator so they can avoid or minimise the delay?

Hmm, in general I would recommend your co-commentator to spectate the game aswell, but if that is no option what you could do is setup a nginx server and host a stream for your commentator there. That way he will have around 3-6 seconds delay, maybe you can tweak that to go a bit lower.
If you have a dxtory license lying around somewhere, you could maybe capture the game with that and use the virtual webcam in skype, but currently OBS has no similar feature.
