Question / Help Dual-processor motherboard

Friend gave me a workstation from HP (HP xw8600 Workstation), the motherboard supports the ability to install two processors (Motherboard - HP-FMB-0701) (Processor - Intel Xeon x5450). Since the use of such a system for the everyday needs of pointless, I think, I had the idea to try to load this machine encoded video stream (periodically engaged Stream games to my channel twitch.tv). In this regard, there was a question - whether the use of the actual two processors for such tasks and whether OBS understand at all how to work with two processors?

This has already been addressed in other threads. OBS has no problem with multiple-chip systems.

The only trick you may need is to disable NUMA in the bios. Otherwise OBS may not use one of the physical CPUs.
