Hi, i am using 2PC (gaming, streaming)
Gaming PC - i7 8700K + 16gb ram + Ge forceRTX2060
Streaming PC - i7 4790K +16gb 1600ram + Ge force 1060 6GB
My problem you can see here -

Using Avermedia Xtreme live gamer GC550 capture card - x264 encoder - 6500bitrate - CPU preset = veryfast
The only resolution working ok is 720p and also sometimes i can see lags in there or flickering. I stream for 5years and never had this issue before. I am full twitch partner and i believe my Stream PC is strong enough to stream on 900p at least, maybe fullHD as well.. but it is not possible and have no idea why. My internet is 500/500Mbit stable via cable.
Here is what i tried to fix problem but didnt help: 1. Bought SSD disk 2. Bought GPU 1060 6Gb (used weaker before) 3. Changed many options in OBS 4. Reinstalled windows like 4times 5. tried different OBS version 6. put vertical sync and other stuff OFF
Please help me i am desperate as ...... :( :( :( took my energy 2weeks, money, stream offline, please HELP.
FYI: i am also using Elgado hd60s for PS4 where i play FIFA you can see video....the second video is directly gaming PC game APEX (it does not matter what i play)
FYI: when stream is live OBS shows CPU usage like 10-20% maximum and FPS is 60..only once like every 10 sec it drops for a second to 36fps and go back to 60 and drops is always 0
