Question / Help Dual PC Setup for streaming

Ok, so I have 2 computers 1 gaming and one i intend on streaming with. The streaming pc i would like to use has a decent quad core 8gb ram and a nice graphics card which i know is not needed.

But my question is, what capture card or usb device should i use to capture the video for streaming to twitch from my gaming rig? I am not trying to go over board on price but maybe ~150$(lower is better). I would like for it to stream in 1080p but 720 would be perfectly fine but i do not want it to have a delay in audio like some people are having problems with.

An internal capturecard would be the best choice in this case. They normally have no delay between the video and audio and generally a very small delay. (Often just a few frames).
The Live Gamer HD by Avermedia, or Game Broadcaster HD are a good choice. Black Magic also has some internal devices but they are a bit harder to use sometimes.
Try to stay away from external USB 2.0 devices, and even some 3.0 devices are not that great.

If you're looking for the absolute cheapest solution, then you can't go wrong with an Avermedia h727. It isn't advertised as a 1080p capture card, but if you use it in conjunction with AmarecTV, you can get 1080p to work.
