Question / Help Dual PC setup concept

hi guys I am looking into a dual PC setup for streaming csgo, would anyone be able to advise me on what PC systems I require for a stable stream and FPS In csgo (what I mean is PC specs for both PCs).

I've never used a dual PC setup but i do have a decent idea of the things required

1. 1st pc( The pc you are playing on) needs to be able to run CSGO with stable frame rate e.g 60

2. A capture card is required to connect the 2nd pc (Encoding And Streaming PC) to the 1st

3. Regarding the specs of the PC, this depends on the budget
