I have been streaming to Twitch using obs for a long while without any problems. But lately I started getting stutter and choppiness as as well as static sound in my broadcast. For some reason it seems to be less problematic when I plug out my second monitor, but the problem is still slightly there. Below is my computer stats, log files from both the clips as well as a link to a comparison video of the problem.
