Question / Help Dual monitors 120hz and 60hz quick sync CS:GO fps drop

I run dual monitors 120hz primary and 60hz secondary
When I play CS game is runnig 300+ fps
When I use obs with quick sync fps drops in CS:GO down to 125 or less and var goes up to 5-7
could you recommend me or help how i could stream my games with quick sync and play in the same time

I've turned off Windows AERO
and I dont open anything on dual monitor

forgot to mention first monitor plugged through DVI to a AMD Radeon 6850, second in on board VC intel graphics 4600
