Question / Help Dual Monitor On Acer Predator Helios 300 Issues

Hey! I'm trying to get a dual monitor set up to work with my Acer Predator 300 so I can manage the stream on OBS in the laptop monitor, while I play the game in a separate monitor. Unfortunately, it looks like OBS can't do that unless I run the other monitor through the laptop graphics card. Any idea on how I can go about getting that set up?

My set up:
Acer Predator Helios 300
Spectre 27-inch curved LED monitor
