Question / Help Dual GFX cards FPS issues

Hello, so i have a 1070 and a 770 installed. When i was streaming with just the 1070 it was fine, but im running 3 monitors and i wanted the 770 to run the other 2 monitors. When i plugged in the 770, OBS makes my FPS drop by half even without streaming. I load up any game, and im getting 250fps ( or max ) and as soon as I open OBS my frames drop by half.

Setup:
CPU - 4790k @ 4.5Ghz
GPU - 1070 and 770
RAM - dual channel @ 16gb
PSU - 850watt

Well the question is, does the issue still occur when your 1070 is the only card? If so its not an OBS related Problem and you also have a solution.

Anyway theres no real point in having the other two monitors connected to a GTX 770 since it can mess up with PhysX and also how Microsoft handles video Adapters for Desktop rendering.
