99+% of the time that means the camera output/video capture resolution does NOT match your base resolution (in this case, your aspect ratios don't match). Fix that, and you'll be all set.
Change what you ask? it depends on what you are trying to accomplish, and what video resolution your computer and monitor are capable of (vs the camera).
