Question / Help Dropping Video Frames

Hi All,

I've been using OBS for our Facebook live streams for a few months now and although there has been some minimal audio sync issues (which I assumed were on the Facebook side) it's been going well.

However, I recently recorded a talk we hosted (not streamed) using OBS and noticed the audio sync issues was far greater. I sent this video to our editor and he's fixed saying "Ok so there’s a few gaps in the footage where for some reason the whole video just jumps a few frames but for the most part it was losing frames so the video was moving much faster than the audio. I had to just keep cutting dragging the video back every 10 seconds or so. Not sure how it would have happened but it should be cool now. If you have any other angles or footage you can fill in those gaps"

The set up was a Lexicon Alpha audio card, Macbook Pro (2015) using a Logitech c920 camera with no graphic overlays.

Does anyone have advice on what settings to check? Any suggestions welcome.
