Dropping to 0 kbps......

I know there are multiple threads about this and I have been through them all. I cannot figure out why this is happening. It just randomly started about a week ago. Now I cannot stream at all. I have completed a FRESH install of windows as of an hour ago. Only used the configuration wizard as a template for now and it will not stop crashing. I attached the crash logs below. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am almost at my end to where I am going to sell this entire PC.

Update your BIOS. Early Ryzen chips would run a little too unstable for x264, and it's fixed in the newer BIOS.

I have the most recent BIOS update on my motherboard. ASUS x570 ROG Strix version 4010

Like I mentioned above, this started out of nowhere. The only thing I can think of might be an update that I am unaware of, or don't remember. Like I know there was some Windows updates that happened recently. I have very limited apps installed at the moment on the PC since I completed the fresh install.
