Normally my upload speed is around 5mbps and it should be okay for streaming at bitrate 1200 etc. . But whenever i stream after 5-10 mins it drops to 0 kb/s and dropped frames are increasing.First i thought that my upload speed is so low and i tried increase to 90 mbps for a day but results were same. After 5-10 mins it goes to 0 kb/s again. Can it be because of eset firewall or my ısp blocking me because of too much upload?
