Question / Help Dropping/skipping frames

Streaming to twitch via ps remote, dropping and skipping frames frequently.

Can anyone give the attached log a look and give me hints as to what I should change?

Try using Game Capture instead of Window capture.

It may also be that your old laptop just isn't fast enough, you've got both encoding and rendering lag going on in single digit percentages at 540p30. You could try lowering it to 480p30.

This is actually a friend's stream that I'm trying to trouble shoot. I use an i3 and can stream at 720p with very little issues, so I don't think it's necessarily the laptop.
