Long time streamer here, never had this issue with OBS. Since yesterday, whenever i start my stream it starts to drop massive frames. I stream at 2500 upload, (i have 8 upload).

Heres my settings and internet speed.

I was on the phone for hours last night with my ISP and they have no idea why, they claim it's OBS's fault, we did a ton of tests and everything seemed fine.

I would love to get this fixed, streaming is a part time job for me.

DiffProbe / ShaperProbe certainly isn't very accurate I can tell you that much. Packet loss for years now :)
My connection is 100% unlimited with no throttling and no "fair use" bs.

The fact that Shaperprobe is returning high packet loss on upload is a really bad sign that there's something wrong with your internet connection.

Try bypassing your router and plug directly into your modem. If you're still having issues, you can try contacting your ISP to ask them what's going on.

I was on the phone with them for 4 hours, they have no idea whats going on.. They said they don't throttle at all and theres no signs of problems with my internet. I'm going insane. 4 days of no streaming sucks. It's a part time job for me. Ugh.
I wish i can figure this out, I'm even willing to let someone do a remote connection to dabble with it. I'm begging for help here.

What are the results to each step in the guide linked before? viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8870

Try changing servers :

Tried every server.

Try lowering bitrate :

lowered down to 800kb/s and it still dropped some frames.

Don't stream over wireless:

Not on wireless.

Check for throttling

tested, linked the picture above.

Try a different streaming service

Tried Xsplit, same thing.

If you can't get a connection at all, check your firewall/router/antivirus

Don't have any of that on, or installed.

Update Network Adapter Driver

I think i did this right, not too sure.

Also, another note that when i play league of legends i feel like theres more of a delay then usual, even with normal ping.

If Diffprobe still says you have packet loss even when directly connecting to your modem and after calling your ISP there is nothing else we can really do. We can give you all the things to test and do, but if your connection is being this bad you are SOL =/

Yep, it looks like there's just a significant problem with your network connection, if you're dropping frames at 800kbps.

I'd recommend grabbing a trial of VisualRoute (http://www.visualroute.com) and using the packet-loss and connection monitoring features. Not freeware ($60), but a 15-day trial may be enough to suss out the issue (and if it relies on a registry key addition to track the trial, installing it under something like Sandboxie may help keep your registry un-sullied). There was a freeware version of this too back in the day, but I can't remember the name (CommView? VisiComm? something)... and last I saw, it stopped working after Win98. There may be a few other OSS solutions too, but I haven't looked into them and they appeared to be quite a bit less user-friendly.

update : my internet company won't fix it. they believe nothings wrong even tho my upload went from a stable 8-9 to 3-6.. I'm fine with 5mb/s upload, BUT. It just doesn't work. I can't stream at all! Even at 800kb/s it still drops frames. I'm so upset.
