Question / Help Dropping major frames, output bitrate fluctuating massively

So i was trying to do a stream and randomly the frames started dropping massively and my bitrate was fluctating as well. Restarted obs and the computer. Any ideas

dont use Wi-Fi

I am not, im hard wired into my modem
