Question / Help Dropping Large amount of frames ! I don't know what's happening help please

So just recently changed my internet to 150 MBps a few weeks ago. OBS was working fine for about a week after that. Then I started to have major frames drops. So I changed my router, needless to say, that didn't work. So I thought it was Twitch acting up, I then tried streaming somewhere else. This didn't work either. So I decided to uninstall OBS, after about 5 times this issue is still ongoing,

Your max bandwidth is just over 1mbps and your quality is zero to all Twitch ingest servers which explains why you are dropping frames. You need to talk to your ISP I assume you expect faster than 1mbps upload speed?
