Dropping in-game frames with OBS-SLOBS open

Hi. When im currently playing fall guys with my main 144hz monitor and it runs smoothly with my pc and second monitor (60hz). But when i try to stream, only by opening OBS or SLOBS my in-game FPS drops by 100. I got like 30~50(max) and fluctuates a lot. 1 year ago i used to stream perfectly with 144hz/fps both gaming and streaming and the same time but now this is happening. Does anyone know any fixes? Already tried other GPU drivers, updated everything, but so far nothing else works.
My specs:
5700XT
3900X
32gb ram
Monitor 1 (144hz with Freesync) - Gaming monitor
Monitor 2 (60hz) - the one i put OBS-SLOBS to monitor the stream.

We don't support Streamlabs OBS You have to go to their site for support

Check out Epos Vox's videos Windows has an issue with monitors with mixed resolutions and/or refresh rates
