Hello,

Im having problem with dropping frames while streaming LoL on twitch.OBS doesnt say anything about Dropped Frames : 0 (0.00%) but twitch is lagging. My upload is 15mb/s.I set up 12000kb/s max bitrate and buffersize 12000 kb/s program is not showing anything but twitch is lagging(many spikes).Thats my basic setting : images below
If i set to 4000kb/s enable cbr like they say , I get frames drop 40-60%.
I only wanted to stream league of legends on high details 1920x1080 in game , resolution downscale 1.5 : 1280x720
My pc spec is :
i5 2500k
gtx 680
8gb ram
ssd vertex 3
download 60mb
upload 15mb

first of all ... twitch doesnt like anything over 4000 bitrate they actually recommend for non partners to stay between 3000-3500 for a good quality

also even 720@48 with a 3000 bitrate already looks freaking awesome so your 720@30 with a 12000 bitrate is more than just wasted its also pretty useless except for recording but then again you dont drop frame when you are recording.

also your connection is probably not even able to sustain a constant 12k bitrate

  • Enable CBR
  • Enable CBR Padding
  • Disable Custom Buffer Size
  • Max Bitrate: no more than 3500 Kbps
  • Advanced: Enable CFR, Keyframe Interval 2 seconds, remove the keyint=60
