On the little bar on the bottom of OBS, where it says "Dropped Frames: | FPS: | xx kbs" the issue seems to be doing FPS: goes down to near 7 and causes frames to drop. I'm live now if you need an example, there's nothing that seems to be causing it, it's just happening randomly.

01:25:11:it doesn't say your FPS is dropping at all really, maybe 5 late frames at most -- there were some dropped frames in some places though, which I think might have caused a disconnect. Maybe those 5 frames were the last 5 frames. Can you see if any particular source may be causing it?
Also just a tip for testing -- if you just want to test a stream without broadcasting it to users on twitch you can append ?bandwidthtest to the end of your stream key

It was <1% dropped frames but when it did happen, it was noticeable. It occurred over a 4 hour period at least 20 times, probably every 10-15 minutes and was quite noticeable. I've never had this issue with OBS until today, and thanks on the testing tip. All I'm using is the Game Source with my webcam, the same exact setup as before (I copied them from my old HDD). Where would you recommend starting? I have another stream tonight, I can link you my stream video if that'd help.
well i tested it for an hour, no dropped frames... streaming for 6 minutes and 38 frames drop at once.

00:07:13:I just uninstalled OBS and deleted the appdata, rebuilt it and it's still doing it. I have no ideas other than switching to something else at this point.. tried removing sources such as webcam etc but it still did it. And it didn't do it when testing. It's like the program is freezing and droppign 37-38 frames every single time. I understand it's <1% but it's unprofessional in terms of streaming so I have to get it back to 0.
