Been having this issue for awhile. Thought I fixed it monday when I streamed for about 3 hours and no issues whatsoever. Today I streamed for about 3 hours as well and on the final match obs said I was dropping frames. Stopped at about 1500 frames and then it was fine. I have windows 10 now but i know that's not an issue because it happened before that.

I see hook related issues but I guess that's not related to the issue. Also ignore the elgato audio lines, I was trying to line up xbox one party chat with game video. I had it perfectly synced but realized the delay caused the game audio to be muted. Adjusted it alittle bit and it ended up distorted the audio. That's what all that crap is. Chat and game audio is probably off by like a second but I don't care.
Is dropped frames more related to connection to twitch and not pc performance?
