Ever since about 3 days ago, when I go to stream, I immediately start dropping tons of frames and this has never happened before. I did packet loss test and checked download and upload, which are at 65down and 20up...no packet loss what so ever. This is specifically streaming to Twitch. I've tried many of their servers with the same results. I've tried not using scenes and removing them completely with no avail.
What should I do from here on out to try and fix this? Also, nothing has changed on my system from before a couple days ago. I've closed all applications and tested it that way as well. Getting really frustrated ): Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know a way of running a tracert specifically to Twitch or an IP related to them where I will get a signal back from? I know you can not get one back from their streaming IP.
