Question / Help dropping frames

So ive had this problem ever since starting doing YouTube, i can upload in 1080p 60fps on youtube fine but from time to time in all videos ill get frame that drop and i hate seeing that, i love putting out high quality content, but this really bugs me.
i dont mind changing setting just want the video to be at a consistent rate, and im not even streaming so it dont make since why it does it

In the incomplete log you posted not a single frame was lost within the compositing and encoding tasks of OBS. If you see any lost frames with these recordings, they were lost within the sources (perhaps within the capture card). No OBS issue, more a capture card issue or an issue with the connection between the device you're capturing and the capture card.

for high quality recording you can switch to simple output
lossless recording
but a few frames drop here and there this is mostly related to capture card

and btw NEVER NEVER NEVER record to mp4
use mkv and remux after recording
