Question / Help Dropping Frames

All of a sudden have been dropping frames. I have streamed before and stopped, but all of a sudden when I try to start back streaming I start dropping frames. No idea what the problem could be.

In case computer specs are needed:
CPU: i7 3770k
GPU: GTX 660 Ti
RAM: 16 GB DDR3-1600

Yeah I've looked at just about all of those and don't believe they are the cause. Going to try testing the stream tomorrow again. Not sure what waiting will change, but we'll see I guess. Can't figure out any other solution.

If you have actually read and tried everything suggest in that thread (including the sections regarding swapping out hardware) then there really isn't much else you can do other than calling your ISP.
