Question / Help Dropping frames without a reason

hello,
(sorry for my bad typing english)
so the title says it all. when i stream i will be dropping frames after like 40 min not in big numbers but starting slow and will rise to 0.4% and its really frustrating me

here are some of my pc specs:
Intel Core i7 7700 @ 3.6GHz
32,0GB Dual-Channel DDR4
MSI RTX 2070 Armor 8GB
ASRock H270M-ITX/ac

im streaming 720p60fps with an 3500/4000 bitrate
i have a upload speed of 25.40

could it be a problem that i have a internet browser open?

If that's the cause of the extra CPU and GPU load that means the difference between safe and stable performance and noticeable frame drops, then I'd say you're running on specs that are too close to the edge.

but i switched from twitch to mixer and since i play cod mw i have these problems
