I am running on a VPN. I would imagine these results are not the most optimal for streaming, but I wanted opinions. I was thinking of switching VPN providers, but would like to confirm it's the issue here before.
(DOWN: 52278 kb/s UP: 27997 kb/s PING: 12 ms)
For those who want it in MB/s:
(DOWN: 6.53 MB/s UP: 3.50 MB/s PING: 12 ms)
