Question / Help Dropping frames with Studio but not the normal OBS

How would I do that? I don't know how to.
Open the Twitch Bandwidth Test tool. There's a dropdown box for "TCP Windows Size". Change it to "64k". There's a dropdown box for "Test Duration". Change it to "Medium (30 secs)".

Under "Regions to test", uncheck all regions except for where you are located. Click the "Start" button.
 
Please post results from the Twitch bandwidth test tool, they'll help us explain what is happening. If you can do the test twice, once at default and once with the change @RytoEX suggested and post both results that would be great

That looks much better, are you still getting frame drops when the numbers look like this, if you are don't forget to post a log file

That's the problem the twitch test has always looked like that. My internet is 11mpbs upload. Which is more than enough. I tried switching to the NY server (I was on the Virginia one) and it seems to have really helped! Guess that's server ain't that good! It was like 100 frames dropped with in a 2hr time period, not bad at all. Thanks for all the help! :)
