Dropping frames with same settings I stream for more than 1 year

Hello everyone,

Lately I'm experiencing some issues with OBS while streaming. I've set my OBS quite some time ago for multi stream and I've never had any issues. Quality and kbps upload was always stable, as well as no dropped frames. In the last couple of weeks I've had a drastic drop of upload as well as huge amounts of dropped frames. I've checked some forums and the only think that I've changed at that time was to start OBS as administrator which fixed the issue. Today at the start of the stream the same problem occurred and I don't know how to fix it.

I believe that this should be my log from it:

Would really appreciate if someone can guide me to fixing this.

Thank you in advance :)

Not sure if this would help, but here is also my speed test during the log.

Your log contains streaming sessions with dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS.

15:15:21.276: User is ignoring service bitrate limits.

Don't do that. Go to Settings > Advanced > Network > Enable Dynamically change bitrate > [Apply] > [OK]
This only works for RTMP, not RTMPS and I don't know if it works with multi-stream, but if it does, you'll need to change the YouTube server to rtmp. If still having issues, then follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues.

Other stuff you should do:
1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. In Windows, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. NEVER put them in the same scene (scene 'Gaming').
4. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other (also scene 'Gaming'). You can use the same Game Capture for all your games. If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.

If still having issues, post new log.
