Question / Help Dropping frames with high end hardware.

Hi,

So recently I downloaded OBS again on my computer, I thought everything would run fine, because it always has done, but now for some reason I am dropping frames in recordings. It is not very clear, but sometimes it stops and then speeds up a bit. It is weird and I don't know why it is doing that. It can not be a CPU bottleneck, because I use an 8700k @ 4.7 GHz. The weird thing is, my computer (didn't change hardware) did not do this before, but now for some reason it does. I already tried reinstalling Windows, capping FPS in games and turning off GameDVR etc.

Last log file: (I did the recording, closed OBS and then copied the Last Log file): https://obsproject.com/logs/z_mvYEOmoxenNlAe

PC:
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K @ 4.7GHz
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15S
Motherboard: MSI Z370 A-Pro
RAM: 2x 8GB DDR4 2400MHz
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB
HDD: Hitachi 1TB 7200RPM
GPU: MSI Radeon RX480 Gaming X 8G
Case: Sharkoon TG5 RGB
PSU: Cooler Master b500 v.2

Do you guys have any idea why I am dropping frames and how to fix this issue?

Thanks in advance
