Question / Help Dropping Frames while streaming like no Tomorrow....

So for the past 3-4 weeks OBS has been dropping frames at an alarming rate. I didnt have any issues before september came arounf and now all of a sudden every stream im in sees lots of frame drops and i cant figure out why. I have 143 Mb/s Down and 12 Mb/s Up. Ive tested this many times to make sure there were no problems with my ISP. Running my streams at 720p with CBR value of 5000. I've tried lowering and raising the bitrate but nothing works. Streaming to YouTube if this makes a difference.

Same here! Omg I checked everything and thought it was me. Realising now that the only thing i did is updating obs. Is there any way to roll back?

Fun fact: I have only problems If i tabbed in the game! When I tabbed out everything is fine! For example: I play The Witcher 3 with my gamepad. I tab ingame - Frames missed due to rendering lag rises like hell. I tab out again - everything keeps fine.

The big problem is here, that there are games which are played with keyboard/mouse, therefore you cant tab out of the game.

i have had that same experience where tabbing out the bitrate goes back to green and once im back in the game it drops frames again. Just kinda sucks that there are people on here that may have seen this thread and may know what the issue is but refuse to chime in.
