Question / Help Dropping frames while streaming (Elgato HD60)

Hello Everyone!

I've been having this problem for a couple of weeks now. I will drop frames around every 50 minutes around 200 frames to be exact and it does this throughout my entire stream, it's not that big of an issue but sure is annoying to deal with and see. All help is appreciate the log is attached, no idea if that will help in anyway! but I'm seriously lost on what to do.

The two files below are :

2018-06-10 file = Streaming PC
obs log file = Gaming PC

My upload speed is 12

And you're trying to add your elgato to two different video capture device sources. That doesn't work.

Am I missing something here, I thought I only had the video capture device on the gameplay soruce?
