I have a good PC. It's brand new. Why am I dropping frames? I have a 144 hz monitor and my in game FPS setting is at 155. Thanks so much for your help. Log files should be attached. All 3 streams were dropping frames anywhere from 100 to 130 fps. When I stop streaming the frames go back to full 144+. I have 150 up 150 down fiber internet. I used the setup wizard in OBS to optimize settings for streaming. Rocket League shouldn't be a difficult game to stream to Twitch.
