I stream on twitch and recently have been having issues with dropped frames. I start streaming with a blank screen and everything is fine, but as soon as i add a game capture or window capture my stream becomes unwatchable. I drop upwards of 50% of frames. My ingame feels completely fine still and runs at 144hz, and when I delete the game capture the dropping of frames stops. I dont know why or what to do. plz help. I also have over 7 upload so i should be able to stream at 2000 bitrate with no issues
