Question / Help Dropping Frames using the Test version

I've recently been streaming with the 0.48.018b test version of OBS and i've noticed that I've been getting dropped frames very frequently... I cannot tell if it is my internet connection or a setting that I have checked. But before I used this test version I could stream for many hours without dropping a single frame..
My speedtest results are 4.89MB/s UPLOAD and 48 MB/s DOWNLOAD..

Just tried streaming with the regular build, and it seems that I am still dropping many frames... Sometimes up to 20%, same settings as in the log

You should turn off minimize network impact if your connection isn't stable as it will only make things worse.

@R1CH I did it, but it seems like it barely helped, still dropping ALOT of frames
