Question / Help Dropping Frames Today

Yesterday I was streaming 720p and I had maybe 5 frames dropped in a 2 hour stream.
Now I've been trying to stream today at 720p, and after a few seconds of streaming, I lose a burst of 50 frames. This repeating multiple times.
Also, on my twitch dashboard it says unable to connect to chat. I don't have problems connecting from browser.
Hm, my Hyperdesktop screenshot uploader, seems to be not working too. Could there be a problem with my programs connecting to the internet?

I've tried:
-Lowering bitrate, Highering bitrate
-Changing servers

If you were fine yesterday and only having problems today, it's quite possible it's your connection just being unstable today.

I do use wireless, I think it has to deal with me restarting my computer. I had installed tunngle yesterday and didn't restart. It might have been causing problems, I've uninstalled testing now.
