Good day.
First off I would like to thank You even for reading through this and considering helping me. I've spent numerous hours bashing my head against my wall and not understanding a single thing what is going on.
I am a fairly new streamer, started a month and a half ago. I've been streaming every day with these settings.
CBR and Custom buffer size : 2000 kbps.
720p
30 FPS
Veryfast preset
Frankfurt Server ( I am in Croatia )
My connection is 30 DL / 5 UP.
I have NEVER had any problems and my dropped frames would be at most 0.1% after a 8-10 hour stream or less.
On sunday, I tried starting my stream and I had so MUCH dropped frames. It was insane. It is around 50% each time I turn OBS on and after 5-6 secs it just spikes up and stays there. I tried changing settings but it's always the same. However, when I put my preset on ultrafast then i don't have ANY dropped frames but I have a 4 minute delay ( for some reason ) , which is ridicolous.
After patiently waiting and trying out the entire Sunday and Monday. It has still not gotten better. Then I decided to test out my Twitch Bandwitdh Test and this is what I got.

First couple of test were all quality 0. And now it fluctuates from 0 - 75 all day I guess.
And I have factory resetted my router a couple of times. Still no luck.
I have installed GameCaster and Xsplit. Had the SAME issues. THE SAME.
I absolutely have no IDEA what is going on. I urge and beg Your help.
