I've been trying for the last two days to resolve my Dropped frames issues and have tried pretty much everything, from changing bit rates to different ethernet cables etc and have only managed to delay the drops.
Originally I would start dropping frames as soon as I went live (I dropped hundreds of frames in the first 10secs) but now it takes probably aroun 10 - 20 seconds before they start dropping.
I also tested with the Twitch bandwidth tester app:
