Question / Help Dropping Frames Post OBS 19 update

Hello!

Ever since the version 19 update I have been dropping frames and have been getting an encoding error. I haven't changed anything in my settings, it just randomly started doing it while streaming and during local recordings. It might not be just the v19 update, it might be more than 1 thing but that's the most obvious change I noticed.

The log is from 18.0.2 and not 19.0.x

I downloaded the 18 version since it was the one I had no issues with so I can continue today's stream. I have read through that post and suspect internet issues. R1ch's analyzer showed a bitrate start at 3500 and then it drops to 1500 for no reason.
