Question / Help Dropping frames only when playing LoL

Hello,

I've been streaming World of Warcraft without any issues on and off for around a year and have recently tried to start streaming League of Legends. But whenever I stream LoL my in game fps drops to 25-30. I was just wondering if its LoL or my pc. I have a feeling it may just be my crappy computer.
