I'm streaming just fine on Twitch with no dropped frames but for some reason whenever I try to steam on Mixer I get nothing but dropped frames and my internet is crawling (it's slow).
I've enabled both the low latency and new netword code in OBS but it's not doing much for Mixer.
Just to clarify this is dropped frames because of network issues or something, not because of weak hardware.
