After building the computer I got like 40-50% frames dropped. I updated my drivers last night and the stream barely dropped any frames (under 0.1%)
Then I go to stream today and I'm getting 40-50% frames dropped again.
Notable stream settings would be that I'm streaming at 720p/30 fps and my bitrate is at 3500. When I run a speedtest my upload is sometimes 20-25 and other times it's at 80+
Today when I did a speedtest is was 25 upload and 80 download and I'm pretty sure that's not supposed to happen.
Like when im streaming H1Z1 my FPS in game is at 150+ but my stream looks like poop.
Any advice?
