Question / Help Dropping Frames now?

Been dropping frames the last few days and I dont know why.

I was at 3000 kbps but now it will only not drop frames when I set it to 1000, and even then it sometimes drops frames.

I should also mention that the last month i've had no issues with it at all, I would stream for hours at 3000 kbps scaled to 720p and it was fine

I got the same problem last week i had no problems with streaming and now even on a 1000bitrate I'm dropping frames.
