Dropping frames no matter what.

Hi everyone.

Almost 2 months on and I'm still hunting for answers - now I've got a dual PC set up but all the same problems.

Seriously beginning to consider just giving up streaming altogether, it has been almost 2 years of nothing but troubleshooting, have been yet to kick off my journey because I just cannot get a smooth stream. Would anyone, I will literally pay you - please sit down with me 1 on 1. I cannot watch YT videos any longer without wanting to rip my hair out. I'm hitting 18 - 20 mbps UPLOAD yet anything higher than a 3000 bitrate just eats dirt. Capture Card is AverMedia GC513 Live Gamer Portable 2 PLUS.

You should also not be using main profile unless you need compatibility with 8+ year old devices.

Noted - I've been using main with no issues on my single PC set up, primarily for game emulations but will change this moving forward, I don't use any 8+ year old devices thankfully.
