Just as the title says I'm pulling out my hair trying to figure out why I keep dropping frames.
I've tried every setting in every combination I can think of 720 to 1080, 30 to 60 fps, 1000bitrate to 6000bitrate, h264, nvec264, process priority from low to high.
I checked my ports TCP 1935 is open in everything, even called my IPS and had them change settings for my service to remove the tiny amount of packet loss I sometimes measured. I even have a brand new modem, and I'm directly plugged in.
I've checked for BIOS updates for my MoBo and there aren't any.
I'm running on 1Gb down, 30Mb up.
I don't get any "encoder overloaded" messages (especially when I was running 720, 30, Nvec @ 1000bps - yet I still drop nearly 5% of all frames.) Even at the highest settings my CPU is only ~30% but it does give me the encoder warning if I try to do 1080. (just for science - I don't actually try to stream at 1080.) But even then I still only drop about 5% of all frames.
I've run out of things to try as far as I know. It's been a little over a week and I cannot figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
