for months i was doing 1080-60 @6k no problem, now i am having trouble, attempted to change res and fps all the way down to 720-30 @3500 with no luck.

1.7% is about 1 frame every 60 frames, which is visible as non smooth stream.

That stream yes but my other ones i was hitting like 20-30% dropped frames, been doing some more testing.
On my gaming rig i did a test stream for 12 mins, no dropped frames. On my streaming rig i streamed for 4 mins with 5% dropped frames, going to try switching ethernet cables next.
