Hi since Friday 04 i losing many frames on my stream. Upload speed is 9mb and setting is on CBR 3500.
I dont think its an OBS Problem but something went wrong with twitch?
ATM Only Milan/Italy Server is working for me with 200-1000 lost frames /hour

Last week all EU Servers worked but now only Milan? What could this be ?
