Question / Help Dropping frames like crazy on Twitch, not sure why.

I live in Austin, TX so I am not too far from one of the Twitch hosting servers. I have pretty strong internet and I don't know whether it's my settings, or my PC or what. I had this problem the other day and wasn't sure how to solve it. When I turned my computer on the next morning my stream was working with no dropped frames.

Specs
I7 6700k @ 3.2 ghz,
MSI AMD RX 480 8GB
MSI H110M Motherboard
16 gb of 2133 DDR4 RAM
550W Gold Modular power supply.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You should switch to x264 streaming instead of Quicksync probably, but the main problem is your internet connection. Its dropping ~ 75% of your packets.
