Question / Help Dropping frames in WoW and OBS?! Help please

So i've been trying to get a stream going in World of Warcraft after upgrading my net speed. I'm going to give as much information as I can about my computer and the settings I use for my OBS, so any input is great input, if anything needs to be upgraded or anything i'm all for it, thanks so much in advance :3

Anyhow, could you go with the pastebin.com option instead? The log is too long, it got cut off. Go to pastebin.com, paste the contents of the log there, hit submit, wait for refresh, post the link here.

That log still seems incomplete. :S

Did you actually manage to get your stream going at all?

Check it now I think it only copied half again. It's a super long page of data now. Yeah I got it going but the fps both in game and in OBS was 1-8 fps.

Could you try it without CFR? It may be causing this.

Fps staying between 11-12 with cfr disabled, it's still super jumpy, in game, obs and on my webcam scene :/

That CPU is quite slow ( http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu ... +II+X2+220 ), streaming is quite CPU hungry. You could consider going with the Superfast or Ultrafast presets and downscaling the resolution (more).

It's a bit better that way, I guess my CPU just sucks, guess i'm gonna have to grab an i7

Well, I am on an i5 myself (i5 760, so not even a third gen i5 or whatever) and it has no issues streaming in 720p @ 60 even. So, whereas an i7 would obviously rock, it is by no means an absolute requirement to go that far.
