Question / Help Dropping frames in OBS, not sure what to do

So whenever I stream i drop a lot of frames, and I am clueless as to why. I have a 4790k, and an RX480 GTR, 16GB of ram. Here is a recent log, please help

Im actually playing PUBG, so there is no VSYNC option, I believe the issue was me using wireless and dropping packets so I picked up some stuff to allow an ethernet connection
